Esschert Design Antique Wash Chickadee Bird House with Asphalt Roof

I measured this birdhouse as 12.25 x 4.75 x 4.75 (and these are outside dimensions). The inside, of course, is even smaller. It was advertised as 12 x 7 x 5, so it is actually smaller than claimed. Also, the latch is made of a thin, flimsy piece of copper. The hinges are also copper, but they appear to be more substantial. I'm not sure about the "antique wash" since it appears to be pine wood with a light coat of regular stain. The overall construction is solid and exceeds what I've come to expect of Chinese craftsmanship.
