I have raised my review from 2 stars to 3 because of the manufacturer's responsiveness. I explained the problem (see below) and within 2 or 3 business days they shipped new parts for the broken ones, plus extra items to beef up the weak areas. No cost to me. Trustworthy, responsible folks. But, I will still use a larger plate under the new floor they sent to reduce flexing in the wind as noted below. My original review follows:

After 2 seasons' use, I can attest that the martins like this house and are successful nesting in it. The 2-room suite design works much better than martin houses with single 6"x6" rooms. In choosing a martin house, go for the 2-room suite floor plan.

Unfortunately, the interior dividers in the lowest level failed where they attach to the floor because the floor flexes when the wind blows.
