This is a nice litte blue bird house that comes with directions for how and where to hang. The price was nice too, now if I could just get my husband to put it up....

I ordered four of these houses to place around our 20 acre lot. I just put them up so I can't say whether or not we have been successful, but the houses are much prettier than the pictures show. They are well built and simplified to make installation seamless. The back panel on the first one I installed cracked when I screwed it in so be very gentle. I chalk this up to my mistake in that I was not delicate enough with my tools. The other three went up very well. Once secured, they are very sturdy even with the one screw. I am looking forward to seeing all the bluebirds on our property nest in these boxes!

Great house. It's easy to open (leave the screws off) and it opens from the front, so it's easier to clean and see. I got chickadees nesting less than a week after I put it up, even though I mounted it slightly lower than their height range (the range was 1-5 meters, and I mounted at about 3/4 meters) and earlier than their nesting season (season starts April, they came and nested around March 17). Has air holes. We don't get bluebirds where our house is, but I'm sure they'd come. Great house, great price, but watch out for shipping prices.
